What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"Easy to use, extremely helpful to track symptoms on low FODMAP diet. Just a few ads for free version, not terrible"
Diana Joy
"Pretty good. There is definitely room for improvement though. Down to two stars because I got a new phone and I can't recover my account because there is no password"
Heather Weaver
"I've been using mySymptoms for almost 4 years now, as I'm writing this review, and I must say, it makes food logging really easy, comfortable and organized, so I like it a lot. Food logging has always been a pain for me - either on paper or digitally - but I'm quite satisfied with this app so far."
Kata GulyĂĄs
"This is a decent app for tracking food and symptoms. However, I was really disappointed in the analytics on the paid app. So not worth it. After months of using it, it still really made no solid connections, just listing random things as 100%. But, not listing things that actually did link to symptoms every time. I was able to do a better job on my own by just paying attention to when symptoms occurred."
Julie Ryan
"I was really confused at first because I paid to download this app and have been using it for years with no ads, only to get them and a "go premium!" Menu item when I switched to my new phone. This isn't the correct version of the app, lol. That said, I wonder why the free version of the app, with in-app purchases, has been updated more recently than the paid version? đ and honestly, why they're separate in the first place..."
Alex Scott
"This app is great! I can track everything. It's a little clunky but so worth it. I've only been using it a little over a week and I'm already seeing correlations. Did a report for myself just to see what my Dr will see, very cool! It's analyzing so deep I don't even understand some of it. A tutorial or tips would be helpful. That being said this is exactly what I needed to track my symptoms!"
Stephanie Anderson
"Working with an amazing nutritionist, she recommended this app. Really helps to become & stay attuned to, what foods cause symptoms & how my body reacts."
Terry Lynne Hale
"Perfect for my needs, keeping a simple food diary to understand triggers for some discomfort...easy to use, not weight loss focused which is refreshing."
TurningSimple Difficult
"This app is absolutely wonderful! I am using it while waiting for galbladder surgery so I can track symptoms and foods. I plan on using it afterwards as I start to re-introduce foods too. Def worth every star I gave"
Debbi Fitch
"Would be useful to be able to add multiple "a type of"s - e.g. Wheat is/contains a type of gluten, a grain, a FODMAP, a gum. It would make it easier to narrow down the categories of food someone reacts to."
